Chocolate ice-cream dessert

100 g of chocolate ice-cream

70 g of apple-pumpkin-quince jam
50 g of butter
50 g of sugar
2 eggs
crumbled walnuts
grated chocolate

Beat up the eggs with sugar, but not to a reach a white substance, just to get sugar mixed with the eggs. Add jam and beat the mixture up again a little.

Heat up water in a smaller saucepan. Put another, smaller saucepan with the egg-jam mixture in the hot water so that the mixture should not touch the water and keep it boiling while stirring the mixture all the time. Add butter cut in pieces. Keep the water boiling until the mixture thickens. Remove from fire and leave to cool.

Put the dessert into bowls in layers as follows: slightly melted ice-cream, then cooled mixture, then again ice-cream. To fix the layers, put a bowl in a freezer for 20-30 min. before making another layer. Decorate with the crumpled walnuts and grated chocolate.

Marzipan and ice cream cake

Very simple and extremely delicious Ice cream cake...  It may be called differently, but the fact remains a fact, this dessert is a "bit of an edge." Here we offer for your consideration a recipe that is easy to prepare at home.

Ingredients for Biscuit :
125 g hazelnuts (ground)
1 t.spoon wheat flour
60 g. sugar
2 egg whites
Ice cream:
Druva ice cream
Druva Cherry Ice Cream
Other ingredients:
~ 200-300 g marzipan
caster sugar
Thin strips of chocolate or chips.

Biscuit - Grind the hazelnuts and add the flour, mix. Egg whites beaten with sugar to stiff peaks. Both masses are mixed together. Put the dough in a thin layer on a baking paper and bake at 180 'C and light brown.
While the dough is warm, make rings and cool them. Biscuit ring makes the base of the form, then put on top layer of vanilla ice cream,  then biscuit ring, then the cherry (or strawberry) ice cream. Place in the freezer, when everything is properly frozen, carefully remove them from the forms. Take marzipan, roll ~ 2-3 mm thin, and put on top of the outline.
Decorated with marzipan roses, chocolate chips and powdered sugar.
Bon appetit!
